A battle of kilometers to see what barrio runs the most


In Mexico City people identify with the neighborhood they live in, rather than the city itself. Pride stands on the barrio. We took that insight to inspire the whole city to move more. But what started as a Nike We Run campaign, ended up being a conglomerate of running communities that to this day (7 years later) get together to run in their neighborhood together.

A badge of pride

Our campaign’s iconography was based on each barrio’s landmarks and symbols. The badges were present across all mediums, from Facebook Groups, to graffitis on the streets. A hyperlocal approach to a global campaign.
